A firm founded in 2011, which advises and litigates.
Laurent Houarner founded HD Avocats in 2011. He is a member of the Val-de-Marne Bar and holds the certificate of specialisation in employment law issued by the French National Bar Council (Conseil national des barreaux).
Jean Ouedraogo, of counsel, advises executives and shareholders on mergers and acquisitions, company law and commercial disputes.
